Grasmere Rushbearing 2021

With the uncertainties over Covid, Rushbearing 2021 was again online.

With changing restrictions Grasmere Rushbearing 2021 was one of the most difficult to plan and prepare for. The committee want to thank everyone who took part in the event. It was brilliant to have Grasmere School, a number of shops, two brass bands and members of the community playing a part even if it wasn’t in a traditional format. This year’s addition of a competition for best shop window and a colouring competition certainly added another dimension.
